 which created enormous stress on the health systems worldwide\, there was 
 a global need for urgent development and production of ventilation systems
  for severe Corona patients that need respiratory support.\n\nMDSG\, a sma
 ll Israeli startup company from Rehovot\, volunteered to try and build eme
 rgency ventilation solutions in minimal time\, focussing on reliability an
 d on the medical needs of Corona patients. All would be based on local man
 ufacturing for large scale production\, so that if needed an emergency sol
 ution would be available in time.\n\nTwo representatives of MDSG\, Naama W
 eintraub and Dr. Benny Rousso\, will talk about the clinical need at the b
 eginning of the crisis and now\, how they managed to make all these steps 
 in just a few weeks\, based on innovative ideas\, the Israeli way of “th
 inking outside of the box” and a strong volunteering spirit.\n\nDr. Benn
 y Rousso\nCEO and founder\, MDSG Innovation Ltd.\nDr. Rousso was part of c
 o-founders group and management of several medical technology companies fo
 r over 20 years. He holds academic degrees in computer sciences (PhD) as w
 ell as in mathematics and physics (cum laude) from the Hebrew University\,
  has graduated with honors the Talpiyot program\, had an 8-year career at 
 an elite R&amp\;D unit of the IDF\, and is a member of 8400 cross-sector l
 eaders network of Israel's HealthTech ecosystem.\n\nNaama Weintraub\nCli
 nical Product Manager\, MDSG Innovation Ltd.\nMs. Weintraub has over 3 yea
 rs of clinical and technology experience in the medical device field\, inc
 luding leading scientific\, pre-clinical and clinical research\, analyzing
  potential business opportunities\, and direct interactions with key scien
 tists and physicians around the world.  Ms. Weintraub is a certified psyc
 hologist and has BSc and MA in psychology and neurosciences.\n\n&nbsp\;
